Accessing Town Meetings

As a public service to the community, Planning Commission meetings are held in-person, virtually via Zoom, at https://townofwindsor.zoom.us/j/85472242109 or by dialing 877-853-5247 and entering Zoom Webinar ID: 854 7224 2109, are televised on Comcast Cable Channel 27, on AT&T U-verse Channel 99 and live webcasted at http://townofwindsor.com/721/Agendas-Minutes-Videos.
Effective March 1, 2023, if a technical issue arises with Zoom or the phone dial-in option, the Planning Commission meeting will continue unless a Commissioner is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449. Alternative viewing options are listed above.
Planning Commission Agenda staff reports are now available on the Town's website (www.townofwindsor.com). If an Agenda item has not been highlighted, no written report is available. (Please note that some of these reports may be large documents requiring a long loading time.) The agenda and staff reports will be available for public review at the Civic Center, 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.

The public is advised that pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.5 all writings and supplemental materials submitted to the Planning Commission are public records and will be made available for public review, unless otherwise exempt from disclosure, on the Town’s website at www.townofwindsor.com, or by email upon request. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Commission is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length and must be spoken into the microphone from the podium. If you wish to speak on a Consent Calendar item, please notify the Chair during the Public Comment.
